Me: Who is this?
Sage: The Captain in charge of her crews!
Me: Why do you like her?
Sage: Because she stops those monsters
Me: When you watch her on tv what kind of stuff happens?
Sage: They push all the buttons on the ship and keep it from destroyed and they stop all the bad monsters
Me: Who are they?
Sage: Captain's Crews! Can we count them!? 9!
Me: Who is that first guy?
Sage: The cook and alllll the other crews eat it.
Me: Who is that 2nd guy?
Sage: He works on his projects on the ship when the Captain tells him too.
Me: Who is the 3rd one?
Sage: She has a wrinkly head cause she is kingon and she is onry and she works in the glowy room for the the captain. Mom can we stop this and go look at more Captains on the tv?
Me: Yeah just a couple more okay? Who is this next one?
Sage: That is Coathay and he always works next to the Captain!
Me: Who is the next one?
Sage: Captain! Yeahhhhh!
Me: Who is the next one?
Sage: I don't remember but he works on the up part of the ship by the Captain.
Me: Wow and what about that one?
Sage: She is 7 8 9 10 or something like that and she has Berg on her face
Me: Okay only two more left! Who is he?
Sage: He is the Dr and fixes them from dead all the time
Me: and the last one?
Sage: Tom! and he kisses her (points at his proper girlfriend on the show) and he is so funny.
Me: Do you want to kiss Tom?
Sage: Um No (said in that tone like mom are you crazy?)
Me: If you were on the ship what would your job be?
Sage: I would kill the monsters that try to take over but only if the captain orders me too.
Sage: Mom are you done yet I really want to watch the Captain, lets go!

That makes me laugh! I totally remember being up late watching all of the Capt. Picard ones with dad. I hated the "old" ones. It's hard to believe that Capt. P is know considered old school. So sad! I will admit to having watched a few episodes of Capt. Janeway and thought it was pretty cool. Do you think she'll want to see the new Trekkie movie?
That's so funny! Averie has watched a few Star Trek reruns on Sundays...but she calls them Wiggles in space! LOL Apparently Spock is Jeff and Captain Kirk is Greg, and she hasn't even asked why they don't sing.
