So Lagoon may be pricey now but at least they have bounce back. So we bounced back again with Brent's brother and camped for the weekend there. We had a good time and the girls loved it. This ride is Aspens favorite but who is surprised since swinging is that girls favorite thing to do at any park.
Sage cracks me up, she didn't want to ride this ride by herself but Aspen wouldn't hear of going on it. So in the line she asked everyone if they had someone to ride with. Well Sage found someone without a partner! They held hands in line and where great friends by the time the ride was over.
This is an example of the things we do for our kids. I hate heights, I hate that sinking dropping feeling you get in your stomach. Sage thrives off of it. She was so excited to go on a "big kid" ride. Giant Ferris wheel may seem tame to all of you but not to me. Ugh.
Ok, now the Odysea ride at Lagoon may be for kids but it is now my favorite ride at Lagoon. We had so much fun, you steer your fishy up and down through the squirting dolphins and sharks and if you do it right you stay dry but if you get distracted and look down to tell Aspen its ok nothing to be afraid of, it only takes that second to get blasted. Anyway loved the music loved the ride. Our kids are too short to ride by themselves so luckily we were touring Lagoon with friends who kindly took Sage for me. (Brent refuses to ride anything that goes in a circle) 
Ok, this will be a much cuter picture after I fix Sage's evil eyes, this is Tavia Sage's friend.
And Yes, what is a trip to Lagoon for Sage without quality time with Brooks. I am so glad he is so patient with her. She really adores him.
Goofy girl! Poor Brooks is trying to pack up his tent and gear with an odd but cute growth attached to his leg!Well August was vacation month. I am looking forward to staying home for a while and enjoying the day to day things.
